What makes us better than the traditional agency?

We operate differently to the Traditional Agency Model, focusing on a targeted proactive search / headhunt process. We offer a ‘complete service’, from expertly marketing the role, to Headhunt / sourcing top-tier candidates, nurturing both candidate and client, to managing the shortlisting and interview process and providing thorough aftercare services, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. This makes our approach not only more successful than the agency route, but also more cost effective.

We have over 30 years’ experience within education of working and supporting schools, trusts, Diocese and Colleges across the UK; on both temporary and permanent assignments.

As education professionals we spend an average of 70% of our life at work so it’s critical that your next role is one that you really enjoy. We are passionate about education and we want you to continue to feel the same about your future and your career. We are determined to support you from the initial exploratory conversation, career advice and guidance, through the interview process,  successful appointment and contract negotiation.
