This is a key leadership role within the Trust. You will lead the development and implementation of our growth strategy, identifying and engaging schools aligned with our values and vision. You’ll work closely with school leaders, governors, and stakeholders to build trusted relationships and guide schools through the process of joining the Trust.

The role requires a strong strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the education landscape.

• Develop and deliver a Trust-wide growth strategy
• Identify target schools and regions that align with the Trust’s ethos
• Lead on school engagement, due diligence and onboarding processes
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, governors, and external partners
• Design compelling communications to promote the Trust’s offer
• Represent Unity Schools Trust at relevant forums and sector events

• Proven experience in educational leadership, school improvement, or MAT growth
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
• Strategic thinker with strong understanding of the national education context
• A clear commitment to collaboration, innovation, and improving life chances for all pupils
