Role Purpose

Our Head of Provision / Lead SENCO will provide both hands-on teaching and operational leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences and positive outcomes for all learners.

This is a senior post designed for an ambitious SEND professional who enjoys being actively involved in teaching and mentoring, while also shaping the future growth and quality of the college.

The post holder will also lead outreach with parents, schools, and local authorities to strengthen referrals and community partnerships that promote the college’s inclusive ethos.
